We identified a need within the business to develop the contract management skills of our key personnel and to sharpen our commercial focus, specifically in relation to contracts. Nasmyth Group took the decision to proactively invest in the development of its key personnel to give them the knowledge and tools they need to operate even more effectively in a challenging commercial environment.
